Prior to downloading an electronic RTCA Document, whether purchased through the RTCA retail store or downloaded at no charge as an RTCA member, you will be asked to review and accept the following agreement.
BY PURCHASING ACCESS TO RTCA DOCUMENTS YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED ONLY THE RIGHT TO ACCESS, DOWNLOAD, AND PRINT ONE COPY OF THE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT AND THE ASSOCIATED SEARCHABLE DOCUMENT FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE AND NOT FOR RESALE, TRANSFER, OR DISTRIBUTION TO ANY THIRD PARTY.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT MAKE ANY ADDITIONAL COPIES OF THIS DOCUMENT, ELECTRONIC OR OTHERWISE, NOR ALLOW OTHERS TO ACCESS THE SEARCHABLE ELECTRONIC VERSION BY PROVIDING THEM YOUR LOG IN CREDENTIALS.
COPYING THE ELECTRONIC FILE IN ANY FORM IS A VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT AS WELL AS U.S. COPYRIGHT LAW AND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
IF ADDITIONAL COPIES ARE DESIRED, YOU MUST PURCHASE ADDITIONAL LICENSES FROM RTCA, SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS OUTLINED IN PARAGRAPHS (4) AND (5)
AN RTCA MEMBERSHIP PROVIDES AN ANNUAL ALLOTMENT OF DOCUMENTS THAT MEMBERS CAN ACCESS. THE NUMBER OF DOCUMENTS IN AN ALLOTMENT MEASURED BY THE AMOUNT OF DISTINCT PRODUCT CODES. BELOW ARE THE FOLLOWING ALLOTMENTS PER MEMBERSHIP LEVEL:
LEVEL 1 MEMBERS – 10 DOCUMENTS
LEVEL 2 MEMBERS – 30 DOCUMENTS
LEVEL 3 MEMBERS – 50 DOCUMENTS
ALL OTHER LEVELS OF MEMBERSHIP – NO RESTRICTION
ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS IS AVAILABLE TO INDIVIDUAL USERS AT MEMBER COMPANIES WHILE THEY ARE EMPLOYEES OF THE MEMBER COMPANY. THE MEMBER COMPANY MUST MAINTAIN A CURRENT MEMBERSHIP WITH RTCA FOR INDIVIDUAL USERS TO CONTINUE ACCESSING DOCUMENTS.
COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS AND ANY BREACH OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RTCA MEMBERSHIP AND WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

What documents can I purchase?
RTCA documents available for purchase are listed on our online store. Listings indicate availability of electronic and/or paper format.
How much are documents?
Prices are dependent on each document and are listed in the store. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
RTCA Members receive a 60% discount on all paper documents and free downloads of electronic documents according to the Electronic Licensing Agreement.
Additional discounts are available for volume orders of a single paper publication. Contact RTCA at [email protected] for the specifics on these discounts.
How can I pay for documents?
Prepayment is required for all RTCA documents and must be made in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. In addition to checks and money orders, RTCA accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and wire transfers. Contact RTCA at [email protected] for information regarding payment by wire transfer. A $20.00 fee will be added to your total payment.
How do I order documents?
The fastest way to process your order is using our secure online store. Use our online ordering system and your order will be processed immediately and your items will be shipped within two (2) business days unless you are otherwise notified.
Orders may also be processed by completing the Document Order Form and faxing to 202-833-9434, emailing to [email protected]. Include both the document number (for numbered documents) and document title on your order.
How are the documents delivered?
Standard delivery is via UPS. Shipping and handling fees (for standard delivery) are included in the purchase price.
Rush service (same-day shipping) is available for orders received before 1:00pm Eastern Time, if Rush Service is specified in email to [email protected]. Provide a FedEx or UPS account number and shipping specifications. If no account number is given, your credit card will be charged for the additional shipping costs. Orders received after 1:00pm will be processed the next business day.
