July 1- SC-217 (w/WG-44), Aeronautical Databases, will meet at EURCONTROL in Brussels, in plenary to continue work on the updates for DO-200C and DO-201C. SC-217 recently had its document, DO-394, Considerations for Data Alterations approved for publication by the PMC in June 2022.
July 13 – SC-222 Aeronautic Mobile Satellite (Route) Services (AMS(R)S) (w/EUROCAE WG-82), will meet virtually to complete FRAC/OC comment resolution on DO-262F/ED-243C Change 1 to assist with certification for some companies. They hope to present at the September PMC for publication approval.
July 15 – SC-186, Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B), will meet virtually to hear updates from SC-186 working groups 4 and 5.
July 19-21 – SC-230 Airborne Weather Detection Systems, will meet in Plenary at Garmin (near Kansas City, MO) to continue work on including requirements for detection of high-altitude ice water condition in DO-220A.
July 18 & 22 – SC-214 (w/ EUROCAE WG-92), Standards for Air Traffic Data Communication Services, will meet at EUROCAE in Saint Denis, France in joint plenary (also in coordination with AEEC DLK Systems Subcommittee) to continue work on DO-224E and DO-281D.
July 21 – SC-228, MOPS for Unmanned Systems, will meet at RTCA to enter and complete FRAC comment resolutions on several documents from the SC-228 working groups. Once completed, they hope to present at the September PMC for publication approval.
July 26 – SC-224, Airport Security Access Control Systems will meet virtually planning to approve release of DO-230L for FRAC with publication scheduled for late 2022.
July 28 – SC-235, Non-Rechargeable Lithium Batteries, will meet in virtual plenary to approve the release of DO-227B for Final Review and Comment with expected publication for later this year.
