Barbara Clark

Barbara Clark is an aerospace engineer with the FAA’s Aircraft Certification Service, Policy and Innovation Division. Her work there has focused on signal-in-space and airborne equipment standards development for satellite based navigation, landing systems, and related technology. She started with industry in 1986, contributing to the modeling and simulation of aircraft aerodynamics and performance as well as the analysis of flight control systems for a variety of aircraft. Ms Clark is a long-time supporter of RTCA and the International Civil Aviation Organization.
