Ed Hahn
Ed Hahn holds a staff position as a Senior Engineer, Air Traffic Management and Technology at the Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA). Ed focuses on the operational and safety aspects of new aviation technology and the changing landscape aviation finds itself in. Prior to joining ALPA, Ed worked in areas ranging from aviation weather, communications, surveillance, air traffic management, and airline safety oversight. In 2007, Ed was part of the Collier Trophy winning team for ADS-B. Ed began his career as an Avionics Engineer with American Airlines and Trans World Airlines. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Aeronautics & Astronautics from MIT.
