Dr. Florence Reuzeau

Florence Reuzeau is Executive Expert in Human Factors at Airbus, in charge of leading the Human Factors Expertise stream, defining the HF strategy for research and program development… She is more largely contributing to the Expert career path development for the three divisions, Airbus commercial, Helicopters and Defence & Space. Prior to this role, she defined and deployed the “Airbus Human Factors design and certification processes”. She is particularly interested in integrating the Human Sciences into the engineering technical skills for an optimised human-centred design. She worked on A380, A400M, A350 and ATR cockpit definition and as Design Certification Specialists. She contributed to the definition of the Human Factors regulation (CS 25 1302) applied to cockpit design.

She is member of international standardisation and regulation groups.

She is European expert for European research project evaluation.

Dr Florence Reuzeau received her engineering degree in aeronautics in 1988 and her PhD in Cognitive psychology in 2000.
