General: RTCA documents available for purchase are listed on our online store at www.rtca.org/onlinecart/. Listings indicate availability of electronic and/or paper format.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Orders may be placed various ways — via the secured online store or completing the Document Order Form and faxing to 202-833-9434, emailing to info@rtca.org or mailing to RTCA, Inc., 1150 18th Street NW, Suite 910, Washington, DC 20036. Include both the document number (for numbered documents) and document title on your order.

Document orders are processed within two (2) business days following receipt of payment unless you are notified otherwise.

Discounts: RTCA Members receive a 60% discount on all paper documents and unlimited free downloads of electronic documents, unless otherwise stated.

Additional discounts are available for volume orders of a single paper publication. Contact RTCA for the specifics on these discounts.

Payment: Prepayment is required for all RTCA documents and must be made in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. In addition to checks and money orders, RTCA accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Standard Delivery: Standard delivery is via U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. Shipping and handling fees (for standard delivery) are included in the purchase price.

Shipping: Rush service (same-day shipping) is available for orders received before 1:00pm Eastern Time. Provide a FedEx or UPS account number and shipping specifications. If no account number is given, your credit card will be charged for the additional shipping costs. Orders received after 1:00pm will be processed the next business day.

Wire Transfer: Please contact RTCA for information regarding payment by wire transfer – (P) 202-833-9339 (F) 202-833-9434 or email info@rtca.org. A $20.00 fee is charged to receive wire transfers. Please add this amount to your total payment.
